Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - To ensure your order ships in a timely manner, orders are placed into production immediately, therefore we are unable to make any changes to the order or cancel it once it is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items - We will approve a replacement on any item if your product has been damaged in transit or if you have been sent the wrong item. Just send us a photo of the item(s) to email@example.com and we will initiate a replacement immediately.
Returns - Please be aware that all of our products are actually made to order and are unique to the customers' request, so unfortunately we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges if the customer has chosen the wrong size, color, ordered by mistake or has changed their mind about their purchase.
Please refer to our size guides before placing your order. By placing an order, customers confirm that they have viewed the sizes and have ordered correctly.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
