What is Rescuers Club?
Rescuers Club is a proud supporter of animal welfare, specializing in dog and cat rescue themed apparel, accessories, and more. We dedicate ourselves to helping animals in need by donating 10% of our net profits to animal shelters and rescue organizations across the USA.
What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of products including apparel like tees and hoodies, accessories such as necklaces and dog beds, and even fun and delicious treats for your pets. All our products are designed with the love of animals in mind.
How do your donations work?
We commit 10% of our net profits from every sale to animal shelters and rescue organizations across the country. These donations help provide food, medical care, and shelter for animals in need.
Where are your products made?
Our products are sourced with care to ensure quality. Many of our items, such as our dog toys and certain accessories, are made in the USA, and 100% of our items ship from the USA.
Can I choose which organization my purchase supports?
Currently, the donations are distributed to various trusted organizations based on need and impact. There is however a forum on our homepage so you can nominate your favorite organization for a chance at it being chosen for our next donation!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping provider’s website.
Cancellation Policy - To ensure your order ships in a timely manner, orders are placed into production immediately, therefore we are unable to make any changes to the order or cancel it once it is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items - We will approve a replacement on any item if your product has been damaged in transit or if you have been sent the wrong item. Just send us a photo of the item(s) to support@rescuersclub.org and we will initiate a replacement immediately.
Returns - Please be aware that all of our products are actually made to order and are unique to the customers' request, so unfortunately we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges if the customer has chosen the wrong size, color, ordered by mistake or has changed their mind about their purchase.
